By accessing or using Freivo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Freivo is a transport management platform that provides tools for managing loads, fleet, customers, invoicing, and related logistics operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
