1. Free Trial

Freivo offers a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform without providing payment information. No refund is necessary for trials as no payment is collected.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• No refunds are issued for months already billed

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

• Annual plans receive a discount compared to monthly billing
• If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused months
• After 30 days from renewal, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your annual term

• Company name
• Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer refunds outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors on our part. These situations are handled individually by our support team.
